Description: We’re hiring a Cybersecurity SME (L3) with strong technical expertise across endpoint, network, and cloud security tools. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating, deploying, tuning, and operating solutions like EDR/XDR, DLP, SWG, MDR, and firewalls. You’ll also support advanced troubleshooting, integrations, and provide technical leadership for client environments and in-house deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for cybersecurity incidents and product-level issues.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize solutions like EDR/XDR/MDR, DLP, PIM/PAM, firewalls, and SWG platforms (Zscaler, Websense, Netskope).
- Design and enforce policies for data loss prevention, web access control, zero trust network access, and secure backups.
- Lead security integration and operations for hybrid/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with SOC, IT, and network teams to ensure consistent security posture.
- Conduct health checks, performance tuning, and policy fine-tuning across platforms.
- Support threat hunting, root cause analysis, and forensic investigations when required.
Must-Have Skills :
- 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or solution engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and operating at least three or more of the following:EDR/XDR
- DLP
- SWG (Zscaler, Websense, Netskope)
- Cloud security tools
- Enterprise firewalls
- Backup & recovery platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and incident analysis capabilities.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
